The following list is for sim-based businesses available for ownership. These businesses are placed and furnished on sim to provide roleplay locations for players.  Interested players may apply to manage/own them.​ If interested please apply HERE

General Rules:

1. The businesses listed below are permanent and official establishments in Ashmore/Unnatural and are not subject to renaming, refurbishing, or redecoration.

2. Anyone may RP working in these businesses.  Those interested in managing or owning one may submit a proposal (see below). If approved, they can rent the space for L$100/week, with a Land Impact allowance for customization.

3. Business owners may create a separate group for the business, should they wish, and will be given the ability to send notices in the Unnatural Role-play group to announce events and employment opportunities.

4. These businesses must remain open for business  24/7 unless IC reasons deem them to be closed to the public- ex: a fire or crime.  Any closed business must reopen within 24 real-time hours unless authorities (ex AFD/APD) say otherwise.

5. Extensive damage to the business or property requires approval from the Community Lead.

6. These businesses must remain open for employment, and characters cannot be prevented from role-playing at a business because of OOC reasons. If a character commits an IC infraction (ie. stealing, not showing up to work, etc.) they are subject to IC consequences such as being fired or suspended.

7. While participation in community events is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged, including involvement in sim-wide events like the Chamber of Commerce.
